Mike Box

I am a licensed professional counselor and Jungian analyst in Madison, Mississippi. My work is grounded in depth psychology, careful listening, and the belief that symptoms, dreams, stories, and wounds often point toward something in the psyche asking to be known.

How I Work

In therapy and analysis, I am interested in the whole person: the life that can be spoken plainly, the patterns that repeat, the images that arrive in dreams, and the parts of experience that have had to stay hidden in order to survive.

My clinical work often moves between trauma, identity, grief, vocation, relationship, and the deeper questions that appear when a person can no longer live by old explanations. The aim is not to force quick answers, but to make room for a more honest relationship with the self.

Depth Psychology

Jungian analysis pays attention to the symbolic life of the psyche: dreams, complexes, archetypal patterns, imagination, and the long process of becoming more fully oneself.

Areas of Focus

Analytical Psychology

Work with dreams, symbols, complexes, and the deeper structures that shape a person's inner and outer life.

Trauma and Resilience

Attention to what the nervous system and psyche have carried, adapted to, and protected over time.

Life Transitions

Support for periods of grief, change, uncertainty, spiritual questioning, or a shift in identity and calling.
